# SafeMonday

> Near misses in on Friday, a better toolbox talk on Monday.

SafeMonday is a web app from Raventech Ltd. A site collects near-miss reports through the week. On Friday a draft toolbox talk is ready. On Monday the team signs in. It keeps a record. It does not make a workplace compliant, and a competent person still reviews the draft.

## What it does

- A QR poster opens a public near-miss form. Workers do not install an app and do not need an account.
- Reports can be anonymous. If they are, no name is stored, and no IP address is stored with the report.
- A reporter's name is never written into the toolbox talk and is never sent to the model. Members can still see a given name on the report page and in the evidence PDF.
- The dashboard has statuses and an action log.
- Friday produces a draft talk in the organisation's time zone, from that week's reports or from a topic library.
- Attendance is a second QR. People type their name. The evidence PDF exports the talk, attendance and linked reports.
- The model drafts the talk. If it fails, a fixed template is used. The talk stays a draft until a person approves it.

## Who it is for

Managers, supervisors and other competent people who run a small site and want Monday's toolbox talk to come from the week's near misses. Workers only use the poster.

## Countries

United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The country sets the currency, spelling, dates, time zone and the statute named beside a talk.

Per site, per month, after the trial. Standard and Pro:

- GBP: £29 Standard, £59 Pro

Pro adds a root-cause suggestion on each report. Standard covers the weekly loop. The 14-day app trial includes Pro.

## Trial

14 days. No card is required to start. Checkout asks for a card, and that is when the Stripe subscription starts. Cancel any time in the billing portal from the billing page. A cancellation at the end of the period keeps access until that date.
