How it works

  1. Step 1

Create the organisation and the sites

Sign in with an email link. Name the organisation, pick the country and time zone, and add the first site. Each later site is another place with its own poster and its own Monday talk. Billing is per site.

  2. Step 2

    Print the poster

Each site gets an A4 PDF with a QR code. Scanning it opens a form on the phone people already carry. There is no app and no login. It asks what happened, where, how serious, and optionally a photo, a voice note or a typed note, and a name.

  3. Step 3

    Read the reports

The dashboard lists reports as new, actioned or closed. An action is a sentence, an owner and a due date. Anonymous reports store no name. Photos and voice notes stay with the report and are visible to the manager.

  4. Step 4

    Review Friday’s draft

A scheduled job drafts next Monday’s five-minute talk from that site’s reports. If there were none, it uses a seasonal topic. You can also draft it on demand. Edit it, then approve it. Until you approve it, it is a draft.

  5. Step 5

    Record who was there

The approved talk has its own QR. People type their name and can sign on the screen. Export the talk, the attendance and the linked reports as one PDF.

This is a DRAFT for a competent person to review before anyone uses it in a talk. It is not legal advice and it does not make a workplace compliant.

SafeMonday helps a workplace keep a record of near-miss reports, toolbox talks and who attended. That record can support evidence of instruction and consultation. It does not, by itself, make a workplace compliant with the health and safety law that applies where you operate.
