Terms of use
Draft for launch. Have a solicitor review these terms before you rely on them. Last updated 24 October 2026.
The agreement
These terms are between the customer and Raventech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company number: TODO: add the Companies House number. Registered office: TODO: add the registered office address. Contact: support@safemonday.com.
By creating an organisation or paying for a subscription, the customer agrees to these terms. The person who clicks must have authority to bind the organisation.
The service
SafeMonday is software for collecting near-miss reports and keeping a record of toolbox talks and attendance. SafeMonday helps a workplace keep a record of near-miss reports, toolbox talks and who attended. That record can support evidence of instruction and consultation. It does not, by itself, make a workplace compliant with the health and safety law that applies where you operate.
This is a DRAFT for a competent person to review before anyone uses it in a talk. It is not legal advice and it does not make a workplace compliant. Generated text can be wrong or a poor fit for the site. The customer chooses who reviews a draft and what, if anything, is said to the workforce.
Trial and price
A new organisation can use the product for 14 days without a card, including Pro features. Checkout asks for a card. The first Stripe Checkout for that organisation sets a 14-day trial on the subscription when the app trial is still running. After that, the price is per site per month in the currency for the organisation’s country at checkout. UK organisations are billed in pounds, Ireland in euros, the United States in dollars, and Canada, Australia and New Zealand in their dollars when those prices exist in Stripe. The currency does not change if the country is edited later.
Adding a site increases the subscription quantity. Cancel any time in the billing portal, from the billing page. A cancellation at the end of the period keeps access until that date. Checkout calculates tax with Stripe Tax. Tax is added only where a registration exists.
If the subscription is not trialing or active, new writes stop: new reports, new sites, talk edits, approvals and attendance. Existing records stay readable and can still be exported.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the reports, photos, voice notes and attendance names they collect, for telling people how that information is used, and for having a lawful basis to store it. They must not upload material they have no right to store, and they must not use the product to harass anyone or to pretend that a draft talk is an official finding.
The customer keeps their own copy of any record they are legally required to retain. Closing the account is not a substitute for that copy.
Acceptable use and suspension
We may suspend access if the account is used unlawfully, if payment fails and stays failed, or if the use puts the service or other people at risk. We will say why unless the law stops us or the delay would make the problem worse.
Liability
Nothing on the site is a promise that a workplace meets a legal duty. To the extent the law allows, Raventech Ltd is not liable for a workplace incident, a regulatory finding, or a decision made from a draft talk. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability that English law does not allow us to exclude.
Subject to that, our total liability under these terms in a 12-month period is limited to the fees the customer paid us for SafeMonday in that period. If they are still in the free trial, that cap is zero. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data the customer could have exported, or indirect loss.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may still seek an injunction in another country if that is where the harm is happening.
